82 83

2. Device Permissions

84

The app requests the following iOS permissions strictly to deliver its core functionality:

85 90

You can revoke any permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.

91 92

3. Where Your Content Lives

93

Photos and videos you capture are saved to the iOS Photo Library on your device. Camera presets you create are saved locally on the device using standard iOS storage. None of this content is uploaded by FilmDirector.< /p> 94 95

4. Apple Watch Companion

96

The Watch app communicates with the paired iPhone exclusively through Apple's WatchConnectivity f ramework, on-device. No data is sent to us or any third party through the Watch.

97 98

5. In-App Purchases

99

FilmDirector offers a one-time "Pro" unlock through Apple's StoreKit. Payment, billing, and receipt valida tion are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to that t ransaction: apple.com/legal/privacy.

6. Children's Privacy

102

FilmDirector is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

103 104

7. Third-Party Services

105

The app integrates no third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash reporting. The only external system involved is Apple's own App Store / StoreKit infrastructure for the optional Pro purchase.

106 107

8. Data Retention & Deletion

108

Because we do not collect any data, there is nothing on our side to delete. To remove app-generated conten t from your device, delete the app from iOS — this also removes locally stored presets. Photos and videos saved to the Photo Library remain there until you delete them yourself.

9. Changes to This Policy

111

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be reflected in the App Store listing.
